It is hard to know what to suggest for this one. Male voice removal eliminates two of the best safe feminization hypnotists, and even most of the good safe female hypnotists stick in at least some kind of reference of dating or becoming a girlfriend / wife or at the very least becoming attractive to men so that eliminates them as well.
Hmm… well I can suggest trying Neverside Labs possibly. The specific file is Into Wonderland but it requires you before listening to it to have listened to other files on their site.

First file introduces you to the hypnotist and installs a couple triggers Sleep For Me being main one which are all used in later files, Joy installs the Good Girl/Boy trigger depending on the file you use but also introduces Breath Restriction trigger which is scary although the hypnotist doesn't have you hold your breath for long. Pulse installs a trigger to make you feel intense pleasure but again uses the Breath Restriction trigger. Doctor installs a trigger that you will respond to the name "Alice" when in future sessions. Wonderland uses the triggers Sleep, Pulse, Alice but mostly just has you spending twenty minutes feeling fuzzy and feminine. Weirdly enough the hypnotist wants you to picture yourself wearing an oversized pink hoodie and fluffy petticoat skirt while the room it transforms your surroundings into is pretty typical of a princess imagination room.
If the above is something you'd like to try out just google neverside labs. All session files are downloadable for free. To be honest I took so long to make this reply because it doesn't really feel like what you want but I couldn't think of any off top of my head that fit your criteria of avoiding anything "gay". I'll look over my collection and see if I can figure out some hypnotist which is good / strong but doesn't stick in anything linking the listener to males.
This just occurs to me but… have you tried any of the feminization binaural files available freely over at youtube? They specifically avoid sex mentioning which allows them to be hosted on youtube which might make them perfect for you.
