I had a good week cleaning and fixing things. I fixed some stupid mistakes I made last week–the video scan problem and bad import folder logic–and expanded the ways import folders can report on and publish their files significantly. I also wrote a new scheduling system that reduces idle CPU and thread count and should completely stop the last crashes from the manage tags dialog. The crashes in the duplicate filter page are also fixed.
If you have been having trouble with crashes in recent versions, this should be a good version to try.
The release should be as normal tomorrow.

I also encounter import folder problem.
My case is a bit different from others.
I hope this version resolve it.
If the problem persists after upgrade,I'll report it to you.
