But it only has 4 projects for now. They needed some big dev that has thousands of patrons migrating there.

I don't think this is going to happen unless Patreon gives a full swing to SJWism and start banning games because they portray the woman as sexual objects or something like that.

Patreon's current policy is bad, but it's still soft enough to allow big devs to keep making money. As long as these guys can make money there, they'll accept every kind of intervention in their work. Just as they agree to put the protagonist into engaging with other men because half a dozen fags have asked to include this in the game. These guys are like prostitutes, with the difference that often they charge a lot to offer nothing.
