For the most part the only noticeable "Trainer"s are PT(I don't think there is ever any girl who is just treated as nothing more than a whore except the actual whore if she is treated as one.
Genie thinks about Jasmine in the ending and there are options throughout everything else that pretty much makes all girls "romanceable"), WT(Same pretty much with Hermione and the mods to extend pretty much the entire game make the girls so and adds the hinted at romance with Hermione.) and 4ET(Everyone for the most part is available on the romance paths) and in all cases there is romance implied at some point.
There are some people who'd like to romance Rey(Mainly would be domestication fetishists). That's if you aren't going for a sort of slavery look at the idea and think of where you have someone pregnant and naked, on their knees sucking your dick while you eat a sandwich they made you before they run off to clean and do what other shit they wouldn't (have to) do otherwise.

The game has promise I feel, good art (though I'd add more vibrancy to it). More lines to dialogues. Also the game needs more story in between training, and the game world could use a lot of polishing.
