The underlying problem that needs to be addressed is this:

once you have fringe fetishes, including incest, the companies handling the payments will exert pressure on you to remove that content. these are mostly the credit card companies, but by extension also paypal and every other company that handles cc payments. in many european countries you may get around that by relying on direct debits (directly charging the bank account), but those arent really accepted in the US and other markets.

So, before starting a patreon ripoff, you will have to start a money transfer service. Have it based on crypto currency, direct debits or a credit card system. start one of those first, then you have a shot at making a sustainable patreon alternative that can be used for incest etc developers.

It will not be necessary. Creators will learn to deliver the same content without compromising. Patreon, despite being in full retard mode, does not care if patches are offered on other sites as long as the creator does not associate the patch with Patreon.

Creators just need to come up with some expression that makes even the dumbest wanker understand that a patch is available. For example, saying that the game is "mod friendly" and so it can be improved by the community, something like that. The important thing is not to offer the patch directly in Patreon, just as hentai games do not offer patches on Steam itself…

The only viable way to take down patreon is to have a site that runs entirely on cryptocurrency. If you don't totally bypass paypal and the banks, I don't think your site or the content of your creators will be totally safe.
