Hello everyone!

Thanks again for all your kind words. I'm happy (and slightly confused) that there's still so much activity after an update, considering that it's been a while.

I will continue working on Ashford when i feel like it, and one major reason I got burned last time was due to pressure of doing good stuff rather than fun stuff. Not that anyone actually puts any pressure (you're all awfully nice!), but it was stressful pushing out bad code and feeling inadequate.

So, don't expect to see any of the 3D work or any of the "great" rewrites of Ashford (at least not any time soon). I still plan to incorporate generating every student and a bunch of other stuff I've been talking about for years. But If I do, I will do it when I feel like it. I think Ashford Academy will become a better game if I do it that way. And I will be motivated instead of feeling pressured to work.

Now with the boring part out of our way; new version!

Mainly more bugfixes, I hope to have solved all major reported issues :)

Migration to newer renpy functions

Will try to keep track of my work until next update…

Apparently they updated it 2 weeks ago and added a lot of content, this is the hotfix of that version (that wasn't posted here as far as I know). So if you haven't played in months/years (like me) this should be an update with a decent amount of new content.

There's also a real life pic mod floating around but the game is almost a year dead so the chance of finding it are next to nill

Personally I enjoy this version more then actual HHS or Ashford or any of the other ones despite having problems with the engrish

It's introduced interesting mechanics and generally good flow of gameplay and story

It's easily one of my top 5

I think the author got killed by the russian government or something so that sucks

But even in the 0.2 state it's almost a complete game

Honestly I love this game so much that I would actually spend my time working on it but all of the code and writing is in some form of bastardized russian/english that is almost illegible to piece together

And I have no idea how he balanced all the characters in fucking renpy without it crashing constantly

I actually had an idea for this, but it would involve Rai Hodges from the Code Geass Lost Colors game, but you would have to redo the entire story and all of the season and include every character from every franchise in this

Then if possible you would do en entire world level and assist known factions that are against Britannia, plus the option to use your Geass to recruit enemies or other people to your side

Had few other ideas, but I'm hoping this would be like a Lost Colors game, and choose your own love interest or create romance for your characters. Like Rai and Kallen

No, didn't you see the update list? Migrated to a new version and rebuilt a core gameplay system. So obviously he added enough bugs to make it completely unplayable.

Even as someone who loves HHS more than any other porn game, Russian HHS is fucking trash. Well it's not trash, but the engrish makes it utterly incomprehensible. It took me like a week to get to stage 3 (poking and prodding literally everything since the game might as well be in Chinese) and I could not figure out a single way to keep progressing. It's like a shitty point-and-click adventure game in that way. HHS is at least comprehensible.
