People initially didn't like Jason for his tweened stuff. It's a trash lazy animation style, but I didn't raise a stink because nearly everyone in the fandom and animation industry was doing it at the time.

People now hate him for being a "popufur asshole", but I feel that it's a meme more than anything. The drama just amounts to mean girls shit or petty conflict that's straight out of a bad tween drama from Nick. The type that's:
