Something I wish would happen in our "justice" system? If someone is proven innocent in a court of law, the plaintiffs (even if it's the State) should have to pay some kind of recompense. Like if you accuse someone of raping you, and it's proven in court that they did not, you are therefore a liar and have defrauded the court, and you should fucking go to jail. Or if the State accuses someone of committing a murder, and they are proven innocent, they have wasted the court's time and dragged the defendant through the mud, and so they should be forced to not only pay all the defendant's legal fees, but also compensate them for lost wages and also pay a "fine" to them depending on the level of the accusation (for murder, it would be in the millions).

Because the way it is now, people have zero to lose from making frivolous and baseless accusations. Even if they are later shown to be complete fucking liars, nothing happens to them. Proving slander these days is almost impossible. So there's no reason for them NOT to do it.
