Hmmm, never seen that artist before, I tried to do a reverse image search and all I got was a link to cartoon network.. And similar images of light blue anime girls.. Google image search is just the worst!

it might be one of those cases where the art is reposted without credits to death and the name of the artist is lost in the process.
