I'm looking for information and guides regarding drawing furry art but i can't find anything other than 2 or 3 books made by a couples on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Draw-Furries-Anthropomorphic-Fantasy-Animals/dp/1600614175 https://www.amazon.com/Draw-More-Furries-Anthropomorphic-Creatures/dp/144031473X/ https://www.amazon.com/Furries-Furever-Anthro-Characters-Variety/dp/1440334412/ )

I've checked around /fur/'s art threads but most of them provide nothing other than LOOMIS which i find it useless for furry art (useful for fundamentals and newcomers/beginners but i already know enough of that )

I just want useful information regarding furry art that i could use for learning how to draw them.

Or do you think the amazon books that i found (already linked here) are really that useful or am i looking at a shitty "How to draw manga" book?

Here, you can have Tojo-the-Thief's shitty dragon art book.

The latter. See for yourself.

My advice is to just do studies of your favorite furry artist. It's not really good to rely on most specialized "how to draw" artbook because the art isn't good and it's barebones. You're supposed to use the techniques of art fundamentals (or loomis) to help you break down the styles other furry artists. If you copy it and if it looks like crap, take notes on what you're missing and do it again.

This is literally an analogy for "poz pig"

OP's picture is about a gift giving bugchaser

If your fundies are solid (which for some reason I really doubt) then the next step is doing studies of the kind of furry art you want to do (which means finding furry art you like and want to emulate in some way). Fundamentals (that if you understand them) are literally a launching pad for you to be able to draw anything.

Please don't take this man's advice out of context, there is nothing wrong with being influenced by anime, he just wants you to stop drawing iconized anime tropes as a substitute for the proper thing

 No.67447>>67461 >>67470

If you understand the fundamental aspects of LOOMIS then you'd fucking be able to draw anything. Humans, anime shit, furries, doesn't fucking matter. That's why it's a FUNDAMENTAL

So no, you can't fucking draw and you are still a fucking beginner who is just a bloody fucking delusional little shit who thinks that they aren't.

I can imagine you writing this with your sweaty filthy fingers while you breath excessively like the fat nigger that's gonna pass out.

it's that sense of imagination that makes shitty artists think they aren't beginners

I can imagine a three-headed midget with cartwheels for legs. What's your point?

It's a series of books that contain every fundamental needed to draw well. You won't be a pro from looking at it once, you're meant to review it multiple times, apply his techniques, and look at other sources.

A lot of people disregard it because they think it's boring and unfun, but it's better than wasting your time making bad art.
