▶Regional differences in furry art drawing style Anonymous 03/10/18 (Sat) 02:28:11 No.64691>>65506 >>65516 [Watch Thread][Show All Posts]
Do furry artists have different drawing styles based on what country they're from?
Besides the obvious example of Western vs Japanese furry art.
I think German artists and Russian artists each have subtle styles but I'm not sure how to describe it.

While eastasians revolve around Fleischer→Tezuka→Everything else (behold Betty Boop, mother of all moeblobs) and americans grew up with Warner Brothers cartoons (exmplified in that many employ some sort of a 't'-like contraption where the muzzle attaches to the skull), europeans didn't really have any excessively large amount of either until Internet came about. At the end of the day you should probably be studying european comics in general, I'll just tell you to compare and contrast Raymond Macherot and Tove Jansson for a start.

Russian artists are influenced by wolfy-nail and animation styles apparently.

If they go online often, no.
