As someone with a slight taste in poneshit, the first two annoy me significantly, it looks more like a pony than a griffon, 'least as far as the way it's been drawn.
It's mostly due to the legs. The legs are just straight up a pony's legs, with a half-hearted paw type deal added on.
I guess it depends a lot on what you're using for reference. Still, this gives me the vibe of someone who's only drawn ponies, and doesn't really care about griffons, trying to adapt a pony type setup to work for a griffon.

Eh, honestly, I gotta agree with him. Orgies when drawn typically end up as a bunch of disconnected and not all that good pieces. It's like the quality gets spread around too much, by large. The focus also gets bungled, as well, I'd say. Though, the first one isn't really an orgy. A threesome, is what it is.
'S far as your character goes, I'm not much a fan of hermaphrodites or obnoxiously collored critters. Typical furshit character, that way, though, so I'm not going to cry too much. Do prefer the more natural palates, especially where MLP griffons are concerned. You'd at least have an excuse if you went for a pony, after all, but the griffons are all fairly plainly colored.

If you go on FA or inkbunny and look up the user pages of popular artists, almost all of them will have an example sheet of what kind of things you can expect for what kind of price, just so you can get an idea. While some artists charge per hour, they are the EXTREMELY popular ones, so you'll be better off charging flat fees to start with.

I can say from a dispassionate perspective that most the images you posted are fine. But on the other spectrum, you have over saturated this thread with the sheer number of images of your griffon character in the same fatigued vein as Guitar Hero.
I hope the majority agree with my thought that the norm of these sorts of commission threads is that you post a *sample* of your character. Or you spread the word about an artist that you think others may not know about so that you can help attract more clients for them. Or perhaps realistically, try to justify spending triple digit shekels for a single pic and have others sarcastically/honestly gauge if your money you spent was worth it.
Whether intentional or not. The sheer number of your own character here puts the impression to me at least that you've hijacked the thread against its original intention to be your own personal character thread.
There's nothing wrong with your character, but there's little to no diversity between each image that you submitted. And having to repeatedly scroll down through 40+ images you posted to get to the bottom and now hope it's something other than your oc puts me in a bad impression, "It's probably the birb poster...yep, it's the birb poster." Here is a warrior prostitute character fresh off the oven. Inspired by Jace's designs, and in which I hired Fleet-Foot (http://www.furaffinity.net/user/fleet-foot/) to see if she can pull her interpretation accurately. Here are the points I have to say.
+She will go through up to ten stages in the works. Updating you with every single step and giving you plenty of windows to ask for minor changes every step.
+She sketches your character first (stage1), then she'll color the sketch (stage5). THEN she essentially starts over relining and inking the character in a new layer (stage6) and even then, she will allow small changes.
+As evident, she excels in erotic fantasy and fantasy-related fashion designs.
-Her rates are bit pricey.
+If she really, REALLY likes your character design, she will possibly discount (and by discount, I mean cleave) your slot under the table. Things like having a fantasy-related background to your character and such.
+She didn't directly state in her journals, but you can ask for a commission in Stage6/7 quality for lower prices (how low depends on a case-by-case assessment)
+/-This character is basically the biggest physique she is willing to stretch. Fleet-Foot has difficulty pulling off exaggerated proportions and tends to stay in the range of magazine model proportions.
+/-This is not the kind of artist you should present to make a character from scratch.
Anyways, would like to hear your feedback about the character itself...and if you know any artists willing and capable of reinterpreting him in their styles.

What I did was use https://e621.net/post/show/1212271 as a base reference, asked Fleet interpret a muscular canine in similar gettup - his arms and legs to be covered in knee/armsocks fastened with layers of straps, belts, and dangerous accessories at the joints. Whilst keeping his torso/chest and crotch primarily nude sans the bondage harness. So while I gave her an outline, she designed the final attire. Because the whole point of hiring an artist is interpreting an outline in their style. A suggestion of hers I didn't initially think of but added was the thong accessory so even in the explicit version it's cupping his balls.

Take my word for it. Years ago back in 2008, I duped myself into trying out an artist who charged his service on an $30 hourly rate. Yeah, you heard that right. Go ahead, I deserve the scorn.
I was so stupid(er), I had no self esteem, I didn't have the backbone to say no or stand my ground. It should have just been $60 worth at most, but this guy sucked up $210. The bastard took multiple breaks without pausing the timer, he stop drawing mid-stream without pausing to mope how depressed he is, how sick he is and breaks into hives if the temperature is not right.
And the worst part. The worst. Part. He charged $90, three hours worth of time, to draw every letter in the dialogue bubble. By hand. When he could have easily just used a keyboard to type it out in two minutes. He'd scrapped and restarted drawing the sentences multiple times and charge me for the time. I screamed at him to stop, but he was just, "Boo hoo, I'm so sick, pity me and give me money." making two people in the stream feel sorry and hire him.
I was so disgusted by the resulting piece that I deleted the commission. That thing was more valuable to me to never exist anywhere.

In all fairness some of these artists have a following but how the fuck do people do this? If your hourly rate is 150 per hour a piece that is "anything that's nice to look at" would cost 900 dollars. I've seen people pay that much for art before but for animations, comics and auctions. Guy told me my shitty sketches could definitely be going for 20$, despite fairly low quality, and only being a sketch. I was estimating 5$ at most, for myself.
I'd say your stuff is well in the main center of most commissioners, so I'd say you're like to be perfectly fine in the mid range as it were.
Though, do keep in mind, part of commission stuff is fame. Less known you are, less you can get away with charging.

Patreon is absolutely no viable if you don't have follower base to start from, or if you don't post a LOT or if you don't have good incentives. People are less inclined to patreon because the content you produce is not guaranteed and they have no deciding factor over it like they do a commissioned piece. Honestly I'd commission you at least once to see how youd draw my character. If you want to make money off your art the simplest way to start is to post more often and on as many networks as viable. I'd start with tumblr twitter and furaffinity. They're the largest. I can't stress enough how important your frequency of posting matters though. No one is going to care or remember you if you post a few doodles every couple weeks.
However you should still take my advice with a grain of salt as it's simply my observations of other small or up and coming artists, as I'm not one myself

In the furry fandom, one can easily steal CC'ed artwork, repost it under their own name with minimal or no edits, without attributing the original creator. Adding insult to injury, they may even profit off of this, even more than the original artist himself. You can't count on third parties to claim that your work was stolen, only you can, which means you would need to invest time just to monitor how your own work is being used. And you will still find resistance, depending on how long it took for you to notice the theft and how much their account has grown thanks to your work in the meantime. It's truly like fighting cancer. It doesn't even matter how good and/or popular you might be yourself. I stumbled across a pretty high quality artist just getting back into the art business. His prices are pretty low for the quality and he frequently throws in free stuff because he "wants to practice something."
He's also very reliable and streams regularly. GreasyMojo on FA and MojoDrawsNothing on Picarto.
First thing was a two character sketch, so 15+10. Second one was single character colored 40. Third same. Fourth I only paid for a single character but he ended up doing a background and filling out the dude from floating dick cause he wanted to play with lighting.
He did all of em in less than three weeks. Granted, he's still pretty unknown but he did two coms and three of his own linearts in between those as well, since this guy draws almost every day.
All in all I'm pretty happy with him. I'd get more but I already dropped close to 200 on his stuff in less than a month so I'm taking a breather. Normally artists take a lot longer to do art so the costs are spaced out over a longer period of time.

That's the coolest character design I've seen in a long time, honestly not a whole lot of room for improvement except "detail".
The only thing that rustles me a bit is the neck. That huge indent is kinda unsightly. The flat, light gray also stands out against the rest of his body. Is that the final product or has that area just not been drawn in yet?
9/10 design overall, very imaginative and elegant.

If it's a commission piece, the buyer should get it regardless. I do not understand why "work for hire" does not apply by default, since the artist is literally being hired for money by someone to draw a specific piece. Artists pulling this "I want credit, I don't want others selling prints, blah blah" crap can fuck off, big deal, you wanted money so you sold your services, you shouldn't get to keep the end result.

Not really a fan of the dick. His entire body is so sleek and birdlike (love the design, btw), and then it has this fat generic dick slapped on. Penises on flying creatures rarely make sense, which is why most of them don't have them, saving valuable weight by going with a cloaca. By furry standards, it's not even "average" size until it's protruding between the guy's elbows, but for realism it's too bulky.
