Consentacles are great, and are an awesome way for amorous couples, or just amorous strangers to share considerable pleasure. The tentacles have enough limbs and capacity for simultaneous motion to, in the right hands, appease even the most rapacious of appetites. In case of relationships (if the monster is actually intelligent), they are an excellent way to show loving indulgence towards one's partner.
Tentacles within a zone of more dubious consent also have a wonderful time, being generally slimy enough to slip through defenses, and strong enough to immobilize 'victims' or tear garments. A common trope here is tentacle monsters that use chemicals, corruptive essence or another variation on the theme to heighten sexual stimulation and gradually turn reluctant partners into active participants.
As out-and-out rapists you need only five limbs to completely ravish your prey, assuming that you're aiming just for every hole you can stuff yourself into and use the immobilized victim as a three-pronged onnahole for your satisfaction, more tentacles make it easier, of course and prolong things but they can do the job with just five.
I've played out all these scenarios enough times I have a pretty solid handle on them, and I really enjoy playing as tentacle monsters, having done so basically from day one for ERP. So many situations and scenarios. Tentacle caves, ecosystems, invading aliens, loving masters, amorous pets, mindless beasts, aspiring god-spawn trying to control their creator… Definitely happy to set up another one.

As the recipient of many a tentacle, I would have to say that the dubious consent is probably my favorite way to play it. By making it not just consentacles, there's room to expand the character's interaction by having both a physical and mental struggle to the encounter.
Though I would say it's far less fun to use any corruptives and instead just rely on the fact that the tentacles can provide stimulation and coordination unlike anything else to change it to a more consenting situation. For example, it can be easy to start the scene with a feeling of fear or dread, or even taboo, and it's only after simultaneous stroking of the clit, g-spot, and nipples that it becomes consensual. As in, she wants to like it, but something is holding her back until it reaches a point where she can't hold back any longer.
Or, alternatively, the tentacles simply do not care and are fucking every hole they can, and she just happens to orgasm from the intense rape situation. That's fun also.
