I've never actually been in an /erp/ discord myself, but I'd assume that the quality of life stuff like having different names across different servers and multiple text chats could benefit roleplay quite a bit. I'd love to have a group of hunters to hunt with, and finally being able to pay their hard work with a little "wrist action", but skype can be a real hassle sometimes.
