I've never heard of Chyoa before, so I'll have to check it out. At first I read it a CYOA and thought it was a site for choose-your-own-adventure sort of stories, which I always thought make for an interesting avenue to peddle smut.
But as far as a series of stories go, it sounds more like what you're looking for would be us establishing some kind of setting that we can all then write stories in. I wouldn't be against the idea, we could have sort of a shared canon and end up with setting lore that grows more fleshed out as time goes on and more stories are written. But you'd need to have several people that share interests in the same themes for it to work. Horror isn't a theme I usually like injecting into my smut, but the concept isn't totally unfamiliar to me, either… It'd be fun to have an Earth-like setting (or just some alt-history version of Earth) in modern times that seems similar to reality as we know it but with a lot of shady, creepy, and dangerous stuff going on in the background. Aliens experimenting on/breeding with humans, dangerous nightmare monsters formed of carnal desire and superstition, and of course some humans/organizations who "know too much" or who are "in too deep" and thus have a secret agenda, conspiracy theory style.
The more I talk about this, the more I find myself thinking of the Delta Green setting for Call of Cthulhu, if you're familiar with it.
