Several days have passed but is there still any actual news of outbreak? India screening not only blood for infections but also semen for cured ex-patients's residual virus presence is hardly any evidence for an "outbreak"… not by long shot.
Weren't these people put into quarantine at the airport, having arrived to India just minutes before and thus didn't have a chance to fuck anyone to cause spreading of the virus…
…unless they're in the Mile High Club that is, i.e had sex in the airplane's toilet on the way to India.
I'd still say the chances are slim that any of these quarantined people have managed to cause further infections by spilling semen on the airplane. The infections will more likely be people asymptomatic within their incubation period. Especially early days of infection when it might not even show in a blood test.

It's unlikely that it would be Ebola but there's always hope. Nigeria has had Ebola but that's ages ago, several entire incubation periods ago.
Even if it's Ebola, it will be unlikely to get past Indian quarantine. They take her seriously, unlike the countries in the west. (On the other hand, if Ebola gets past the blockade - it's Game Over for them.)
It would still be super nice if it was Ebola because that would also mean there's undiagnosed, untracked Ebola carriers in Nigeria, place thought to be not have her.
