I don't think you know how file sharing works. Some one would have to upload each file in the folder individually you have to download 500+ different files if someone where to do that. It's compressed for a reason.

So your local file is definitely corrupted/partial but the file itself from Mega is just fine (downloaded it multiple times to test it).
The file you have should be 375MB with an MD5 hash of "fdfec2aec46129a682c909302ef22181". You can check that against your own copy with "certutil.exe -hashfile Perpetual_Change_Chapter4.rar MD5" in command prompt. Presumably the hash (and possibly the size as well) won't match this.
You likely just need to download the file again, maybe using a different browser this time. What have you done to try to figure it out on your own so far though?

at the scouts play the wack a mole and then eclair will appear with urgency then wetting which leads to leaking which teleports you to vinces bathroom the day prior… then your stuck there.
this same trigger occured to me after karltons. i think this is unplayable until this is fixed.
