I think because there's more furries in diapers art in general. Which leads to more variations on diaper art then the relatively smaller ABDL human art community. Which is still mostly churning out "generic girl/cartoon character in diaper".
Babyfurs also tend to slide further into multiple fetishes; often feeling like they're hoarding them or seeking out unique ones. There's diaper art categories you'll almost exclusively see with furries and really no where else (trapped in a diaper pail, diapers being used as gags/bondage mitts, transformed into a diaper).
I'm glad to see more humans in chastity and diapered though. Feels nice and humbling only being allowed to pee in your diapers.

It's not a bad plug and it's super beginner friendly but yeah it'll set you back a lot. If you do get one, don't make my mistake and ruin it with silicone lube. The only other I can think of is the Cleanstream inflatable enema plug. It's not easy to insert but it gets to a nice size and it's half the price.
