Summary
My shadow powers let me teleport between shadows. My ability to scry lets me view any location as if I were there. The combination of these two powers should let me teleport to any location that contains shadows, which is nearly everywhere. Shapeshifting allows me to take any human form that I wish. Mind control allows me to mentally dominate people and force them to obey me. Necromancy has turned me into an immortal vampire with a phylactery. The phylactery is a legendary artifact created with my arcane item power. I will keep my phylactery inside my pocket plane at all times. So, if I am killed I just respawn in my pocket plane. If I am injured I can heal myself with shadows.
The result is somebody who can be anywhere, take any human form, dominate minds, and cannot be killed. I will be the shadow ruler of the world. I will control the ruling class of all countries and through them I will control the people.
As a witch I have plenty of potential for future growth. I can bargain with entities for more abilities as long as their terms are tolerable. Additionally, my arcane item should let me use some abilities that I did not purchase. I would only be able to use these abilities inside my pocket plane, since I would never risk taking my phylactery outside of my plane, but that would still be extremely useful since I intend to eventually create a city inside my plane. I intend to spend a lot of time there by that point.
I think I would deal with my complications pretty easily. I may be notorious as a villain, but how will anybody recognize me when I can freely change my form? I may have a skilled assassin hunting me, but how will she recognize me? How will she catch somebody who hangs out in a pocket plane and only momentarily teleports in to control the minds of rulers? What difference would it make even if she did kill me, since I just respawn? The "imprisoned" complication is the only one that really gives me pause, but I believe I will be able to handle it. My build makes me a great escape artist and my mental enhancements have pushed my intelligence to the level of genius. I could dominate prison guards or enter my pocket plane and scry a location outside of the prison to teleport to.
