Sewing, drawing and writing.

Drawing and writing mostly for porn comics; sewing because I absolutely love clothes.
Working as a tailor would be pretty nice as well, and getting big wouldn't be hard considering you would be the best in the world.

Surgery is one of the stronger ones, but it's also the one that's the hardest to make any use of.
Throwing is so pointless that I don't know why anyone would pick it

This ability could easily be used to kill anyone that's on my shitlist. A distraction, a dark corner of a room, and a few throwing knives will make this world a much better place. This ability could also be great around the house, imagine how easy everyday chores could be when everything is just a flick of the wrist from completion. On the assumption that Math wouldn't help with programming, I would choose Music, Writing, and Drawing.

The amount of shit that I can think of doing with these three astounds me.

At base, I would be making bank off of commissions.

Beyond that, I would work on creating a massive multi-media library about a fantasy setting that I have a few shreds created already. I'd start with a webcomic, something with recognizable characters for a fandom to latch onto, and slowly branch out into a web-series. Think Homestuck in the sheer scale of multi-media goodness, just without the Tumblr cancer and with a grand majority of it created by one person.

The only restriction on this would be that my non-existent programming skills would remain unchanged, so I'd either need to learn or hire someone else to do it if I wanted to add games to this library.
