Why are monster transformations so restrictive? I can change age, sex, and muscle size but cat ears are permanent and can never be removed

Basic Shapeshifting: I'll give myself a natural hair color of pink or blue or purple and provide a hair-coloring service to the rest of the populace so they can stop using goddamn hair dye holy shit
Sex Change: I know there are at least several people particularly interested in things like this and some of them are insane. I'll change the rest of 'em to what they want
Partial Sex Change: I'll disappear my parts when I'm not using them so I don't leak into my clothes or anything
Enhanced Shapeshifting: It's a general shapeshifting ability so it's all-around helpful
Age Change: Looks like my eternal-youth exploit was already accounted for. Cool
Immunity: Now I have a secondary goal of "eradicate every STD from the planet". I can also use the sterility feature on people I dislike through enchanting
Stamina: Make a generator powered by sex and you have a reliable energy source. Hire and enchant some people to fuck electro-naholes for infinite power
Enchanting: I'll use enchanting to grant Stamina or Flexibility to any partners I may have when needed. Those abilities are otherwise for myself only
Alternate Fluid: This one's amazing. Combined with Mass Fluid you can create literally any material that would be liquid at your body temperature. Imagine infinite amounts of high-quality chocolate at any time. You could start a chocolate business, though you would have to never tell anybody where it came from
Reset: For the vorefags and gurofags. I'll cast reset enchanting on the dominant ones so I don't end up dead + stupid
Mass Fluid: You know… alternative baths? I could enchant this on people I'm annoyed with to mess up their evening (in a literal and figurative sense)
Flexibility: Compatible with Mass Fluid for cum inflation and x16 Size for very large insertions
Passive Recharge: It's something, I guess. Certainly a reliable mana source
Passive Upgrade: I don't have time to be waiting around for weeks, even if I never age
Sexy Recharge: Considering my position I'll get a lot of use out of this one
Virgin Boost: Looks like my limit break can stack for massive mana storage
Succubus Form: It has flight. Of course I'll take it
My Pet: There aren't even any bad effects from this except possibly lost time

tl;dr: A succubus starts three different businesses with zero possible competition even though she's already getting paid. The corruption will come on its own when everyone acknowledges the superiority of succubus engineering.
