I'm a tank now, no two ways about it. Aside from that I also picked the wild-card option so I can probably pull some anime-tier bullshit.

And with it, I'm also going to be choosing the biggest and most annoying moralfag option: Solo with the goal of stopping the war with minimum casualties, the more of the girls & civilians I can save from this dumb as hell "tradition" the better. If a suitor wins my heart during the war then I'll join them but I'm probably not going to be easy. Maybe there's a secret route or two, eh. We'll see.

I just can't decide between anything. B3 for sure, S11 and S12 would normally be my go to for flexible offense but B4 might be worth it to increase the chance of convincing all 12 to accept joint marriage. S9 and M8 are also bloody tempting.

How to choose between all these waifus though?

Taurus, Virgo, Gemini, Scorpio, Pisces top-tier waifus but the rest are pretty ace too. I'll have to get back to you on this.

Choosing one girl isn't easy so you might be tempted to take 3 or 4 and that's still manageable to some extent.

Now, trying to get 12 different girls and each have a claim to the crown. That's just asking for trouble. Scarlatina is a possessive yandere who'll just want to be your one and only queen, Talisa certainly wants you to herself. Lucianna and Angelica have very prideful personalities, making sharing difficult. Abirathi wants to be worshipped and will run away if you can't give her enough attention. Lizette would get worked up over sharing and she's very inclined to murder someone.

That said, Cathy is perfect mistress material and I think she'd be happy with that. Sephy seems like she'd share with a low number of girls, that easygoing personality is an advantage, Suri could dommed into agreeing, she seems submissive Gemini sisters might be willing to share outside of themselves if you could convince them. Vignette is a wallflower but if you treat her gently I think she'd agree.

Cassandra is a toss up really. She might be okay with a mistress/a small number of girls if she sees the necessity of it. Protecting the royal line and all that. But she wouldn't see the logic in a 12 girl harem and would reject you.

And then there's actually maintaining your harem. 3 or 4 girls would be complicated but with 12 you'd be neglecting the kingdom, not to mention some of the girls if you forget about them.

But if you want a 12 girl harem. B-03 Vitality is a necessary for long nights. Plus 400 years of life makes succession issues a thing way into the future. S-12 Domination can coerce some of the girls into agreeing to form a harem but the stubborn ones above are going to be trouble.

Then either B-04:Beauty for the pheromones might push them over the line or M-06 Skill for what you can do in bed. You might be so good they stay with you simply because only you can satisfy them.

While Suri will be my first wife, I think an alliance is in order. Simply put, I would attempt to convince Talisa, Vignette, Luciamna, Catherine, and Scarlatina to join me and Suri. The deal is simple, help us fight off the other 5 combatants, and you will be my wives as well. Should any of them refuse, I will sadly tell them that after the battle, if they beg for forgiveness. I will still take them as wives.

The other five are iffy for me.

As for the bride, I chose Capricorn over Gemini because…well…glasses.

Basically, I'm an immortal who learns anything in few hours, so I could learn to fight like a master and various war strategies until the tournament

You're not immortal, your lifespan has just quintupled. Sadly there is no option for immortality in this CYOA.

I've never replied to any CYOA before, I just enjoy looking at them and imagining. But this one I just had to respond to.

If this were a simple "choose a "roommate/waifu"" cyoa, then I'd probably choose Abirathi of Aquarius. I've always loved the yin-yang aesthetic, and magic, flying cities, and adventure really bring it home. Never was much for "worshiping" body parts but I could make it work.

But with the addition of the battle and the kingdom makes this a bit different. I would have no idea what I'm doing but would have to radiate stability for a while before I'm up to speed. I would need a Queen that knew how to be Queen from the get-go, to be a leader and an inspiration while I get used to everything.

I'd have to choose Cassandra to give the title of Queen. She's smart, she's skilled, she's ambitious. The only other option would be Lucianna of Leo, but she seems more of a Warrior sort.

I'm going with the "Epilogue" stance that I would get all Elixir powers and immortality after the battle. Which is nice, since I don't have to give up powers that could greatly help me ruling. In that case Endurance doesn't mean much except for stamina and making sure I survive if I get hurt. Tempting as insurance, but there's better options.

So instead:

Domination

Grace

Guardian

But really, the real battle comes before it. The epilogue states I could only meet with my "chosen" 12 hours before the battle. However, it also states (in both versions) that I can try to convince all 12 to be my brides, one at a time if they would accept that arrangement. It allows me a chance to negotiate for allies. (This is when Domination would be most useful, which at this point would be a strong Suggestion.)

After Cassandra, I'd meet with Talisa and Vignette of the two other Northern Houses. They don't really want to hurt others and due to Cassandra's status should be relatively easy to convince as a ceasefire. If they like, they would be a Wife but without the burdens of being Queen.

After that, Abirathi of Aquarius and both from Gemini would be next. They can definitely fight, but neither one would really want to be burdened with the title of Queen. Again, offer of Wife stands if they should want it.

With tactics, force, and five houses now behind me I can expand. I move to Catherine of Cancer and Persephone of Pisces. Cassandra has good reputations with both houses, Catherine doesn't want a fight her spirits couldn't handle (which would be difficult to summon alone), and Persephone doesn't want to rule. Catherine would probably take me up on the offer of Wife to get an ear to the throne. "Sephy" should go along with it if it gets her an influential role as Royal Technician, because I believe her path combined with magic could be Zodiac's future.

7 houses. Let's go. This is where I'm not as confident of my convincing, and would require the Domination to help out a bit.

Angelica of Aries and Lucianna of Leo I would both approach from a position of deep respect for both of their abilities. Offering positions of leadership to them both, Angelica I could see accepting to be out in the field more. Lucianna might reject it, but her dwindeling odds might have her reconsider. I would tell her if she fights but yields, she'll have the leadership position still, but the withdrawal of opportunity for marriage.

3 houses left. Suri of Sagittarius, Lizette of Libra, and Scarlatina of Scorpio. I do not want these three even with the title of Wife.

Suri's resourceful, she might already know what I'm planning by the time I reach her. I have no idea if she'll accept, especially if I only give her a leadership role and not marriage. She kind of frightens me. Again, respectful and I'll assume she already knows when I enter. Hopefully it'll help. If not, we'd have to prepare for a shapeshifter in the midst.

Lizette seems a bit…unhinged. She would be offered a ceasefire, but not marriage. She's threatening, but my allies could take her down if need be.

Scarlatina I'm terrified of. If I'm not careful, she could poison everyone and win singlehandedly before it starts. She is threat #1, especially if she teams up with Suri. Hopefully getting the majority of the houses on my side will cause her to back down. I would put off our meeting until as close as the battle as possible to delay the time she could strategize.

If I couldn't convince all of them, Grace and Guardian would be incredibly helpful in not becoming a hostage in the battle itself. Maybe even Domination if I present it forceful enough. If I stay out of danger and my allies can fight, I should be able to win.

If I could convince all of them, the populace might be upset at the lack of a fight. In which case after coronation I would put together some sort of festival/tournament to replace it.

I know all of the magic and I have the skill to cast all of it. The way it's described is vague, so I'm taking a loose interpretation of what's written, which is insanely powerful and possibly covers almost everything else on the table anyway.

I say that Suri will be my parter, and act like it until the battle, then immediately turn on her. I want to know where she is, slippery pointy eared stalker.

Instead of being an imbecile and starting the battle in the middle of the capital city, I'll travel to the land beneath aquarius because nothing lives there anyway, preferably in secret, or just teleport there because, you know, magic. Afterwards I'll use this choice to portray myself as a compassionate soul to my citizens.

I'll also try to negotiate with everyone before hand, because why not, and offer marriage to as many who will accept it, because why not. I'm a chill guy up for most things. I'll also use that time to let everyone know how dumb this is, and point out that almost everyone else agrees that this is dumb. Then I'll offer as many logical alternatives I can think of (not many, I am not smart) to satiate both the need for a clean transferral of power and the public's apparent bloodlust.

As soon as the battle starts I wait/turn myself invisible/remain undetected until they've all sufficiently beaten/poisoned/ensnared/cursed/ shot/stabbed/smashed each other half to death. Then I begin putting girls in stasis fields, force cages, demi-planes, and bags of holding, until they're all secure. Then I lecture them about why this is still dumb. I try to forge a bond with Vignette so that she can grow some apple pie trees so I don't get hungry while I wait, and wait, and wait.

Two goals (if I reach this point), first, convert the land to a fresh garden of Eden. I don't know why this hasn't been done yet, and if it can't be done, fine. Second, people breaking. Feed them false information about terrible things going on in their homelands while they are trapped, show them false visions, no torture, just painful lies and half truths. Try to get more on my side, adjust plans as need be (because no plan survives first contact with the enemy). Wait till the resilient yield. Everything yields in time. Unless they wait a year or something, in that case I crush them and label them truly psychotic and unfit to rule.

When I come to power, whoever that happens to be with, I don't really care (besides Lizette because I despise hubris, others would make her tolerable though) first order of business would be getting rid of whatever stupid game this is, using any deaths that occurred as political and emotional leverage. Then start my reign as a level headed, still probably very idiotic ruler. Honestly, I would dictate most of my responsibilities to Lucianna if she's in there. I can't be bothered to do actual work.Then I would probably spend most of my time hanging out with the Gemini twins.

Since I get all the elixer powers on crack after becoming king, the focus should be on what will win the waifu war. Magic sounds like it is the most OP elixir given time to master it. With skill and knowledge that mastery should be very fast

However, practically speaking, Scarlatina is clearly way too mentally unstable to be a good ruler, and I have no idea how to rule on my own.
