I'll lead my people into a better world while the rest of the filth on the planet dies out to welcome the magic that used to only exist in legends, with juuuuuust enough of humanity left over to form shitty villages that go to war with the dragons and griffons and shit.

I'm almost upset I can't make this one actually happen.

The world was killed by pollution. The permafrost melted, flooding the coastlines, while giant clouds of pollution killed the most polluted and poorest places on Earth.

It was during this chaos that I and 75 million others were divinely escorted to this strange island apparently called A Garden for Man. According to a radio one of us had brought with us, The world's pollution apparently accelerated to the point of killing everyone else in a matter of days.

Upon touring this island, a few things struck me as odd. Firstly, there seemed to be massive storage facilities containing every species on Earth in suspended animation. Second, instead of a random assortment of people, everyone I talked to was either a scientist, farmer or an engineer. They all seemed very nice too, no salesmen or psychopaths among them. There seemed to be a good mix of men and women as well, with enough young ones to rebuild the population.

At first those millions were grieving for the loss of their planet and loved ones, but when they saw me their tears dried up. Apparently I have a holy sheath of light that makes others trust and follow me. They treat me like some sort of god, but considering I only need to meditate to nourish myself, they may be onto something.

Time has passed, and it seems the pollution catastrophe has dissipated, as the sky is clear and blue once more. The survivors have discovered the island itself has moved to offshore Chile. Some have stayed while others venture to the old world. Reports have come back of it being absent of human life. Plants have begun reclaiming the land and animals prowl the streets unafraid.

Overall, we are hopeful. With a society free of sociopaths, idiots and bankers, we can make a new world without the problems of the old. I am a benevolent leader, asking others to only practice kindness, understanding and cooperation.

India, Pakistan and China run out of living space. Incapable of expanding into Russia, a race towards a much easier target is on: Africa. Middle East becomes a massive landbridge for invading armies. While India invades Pakistan and slaughters them down to a man in a show of force unseen since WW2, China invades Africa by sea, and starts cleansing the population. After West spies interference, a war erupts between China and India. In the end, almost entire populations of China, India, Africa and Middle east are died out. Miraculously, no nuclear weapons have been used. The remaining humans enter a new golden age, as space research and population control programs flourish.

Apocalypse Scenario:

From Heaven - A massive meteor crashes into the earth's oceans, triggering equally significant earthquakes and setting of tsunamis that swallow up anything less than a hundred miles inland. The effects of such an event are felt for several decades afterwards.

To the New World:

Forgotten Glory (5 gifts) - mankind forgets itself, forgets that it was man to begin with. The secrets of language and fire are lost to most and those who remain are reduced to wandering nomadic tribes.

Powers and Gifts:

All the "Gifts" applied to me and the group of people (199 at most, 100 women, 99 other men, I'm the 100th man, only Christians, ethnicity is irrelevant, country of origin is also irrelevant) that will go with me on the ark to the new Eden, except "Divinely Appointed" I'm the only one that gets that one as leader of new Eden.

The only people that will remember anything of the past world would be me and the group of people that will go with me on the Ark to the new Garden of Eden, we can then restart civilization and build it the right way, on the firm foundation of the Bible and the US Constitution, with the belief that all men are created equal and are endowed by God with inalienable rights. While the rest of the world descends into anarchy and forgets what it means to be civilized humanity we few will be the only ones that will have "Lesson Learned" effecting us, as we are divinely protected. When the time is right we will emerge to bring light back to the world. Good Lord, this sounds like some bull shit a cult might teach, I don't think I like this very much, don't drink the cool-aid folks, it's just an asteroid it won't destroy the world, relax and don't worry so much, ok?

I also choose anomie, as I want people to die due to their own degeneracy. The .001 who have the will to power should have the right to live. I don't like the idea of innocents being lost to disaster or some war they had no say in. This way, the worthy live.

The worthy will, however, forget what it really is to be human. Seeing what human society has led to, this is probably for the best. I may even work to cause more of this.

This of course leaves me with all the gifts. What do I do with all these gifts? I ark up as many qt virgin waifus as possible and take them to my garden for man. If possible, I'd like a small island nation. There, I set myself to 3 tasks.

1. Begin creating a new race of Overman with all those ark waifus. I try not to make too many as I don't want overpopulation on my island.

2. Study the magic arts. With this supernatural rising again all over the world, I need to know this stuff.

3. Use my accomplice ability to create golems. I will send them forth to wipe out all reminders of the old world except for books and other records. They will gather these and and bring them to me. I will read each and every one of them and then destroy them. Chronicler allows me to remember all of it so I am now the storehouse for all human knowledge. In time, I will dispense what knowledge I see fit to the tribes after they swear fealty to me as their priest-king.

As an immortal, will see to it that my new kingdom does not suffer from the cyclical rise and fall of all other civilizations. Foolish notions like democracy, atheism, equality, or anything else that reeks of so called "enlightenment" thinking will be crushed by the holy crusades and inquisitions led by my half-nephilim sons.

I like the idea of this one, but too easy to get all the goods.
