How do you get twink gains? The ideal, imo, is a lithe, yet fairly sculpted, stomach and decent legs. What is a good balance to achieve twink status. I'd assume lesser weight… still average… with less body fat and a healthy set of hair. We need to find out what are twink gains.

But seriously, what is the point in running so much? There will hardly be any muscle growth for the legs or ass with that much cardio. If the point to stay slim, then not eating like a pig would do.

Trying to stay slim as a man involves basically not eating at all. Even if you're at a healthy weight you'll still have a bit of belly fat. That's just how it works with men unless you're starving yourself or on extremely narrow diets for professional athletic achievement. "Just eat less, lol" is the best way to put your body into starvation mode and you'll lose muscle mass everywhere while keeping that belly fat.

I see. I do cardio, mostly running four times a week and have a quite physical job, so there is hardly any fat around my belly.

For some reason there is still visceral fat.
