You'll be fine because beer has a very low alcohol content, and a single bottle's worth isn't even enough to get someone buzzed. The worst that will happen is you might get some really nasty farts later.
Only worry if you do what >>369047 says and pour in more hard liquor than you'd normally drink over an hour's time.
That said, this seems really stupid when you could just use a dildo or something.
