i do cardio, i do about 45 mins running for about 3 days a week maybe one or two more days (or instead biking) but for my bum i wasnt 100% sure which workouts would be super. plus im kinda shy about doing glute workouts in my gym, imagine all the stronk black guys looking at me funny… '-'

about eating i just eat healthy and eat alot less. ( probably about less then 1200 calories at most a day)

ps. is deadlifting good for me ? and if yes then how much should i lift

It's more about your thighs, but muscle isn't hard when it isn't flexed my man. Just as soft as fat if not softer.

5x5 is bad for building mass. 5x5 is a strength program that will work your CNS way more than your muscles. Size is best achieved through Hypertrophy, which leads one to the 8-12 rep range ideally.

ex of mine was a /fit/ lover and taught me some stuff

best time to drink a protein shake is roughly 30 minutes b4 a workout

I'd probably also recommend having like an apple or avocado as a post-workout snack at least 30 minutes after too
