Genetics is like 80% of it. The rest is eating healthy/small portion sizes and keeping upper body workouts light for a feminine torso and doing leg workout routines for building dat ass. Also moisturizing cream for skin. I don't have natural long hair because I don't wanna be mistaken for a girl irl all the time but I used to and again it was like 90% genetics and I'd just use my sisters hair products.

Well aside from going full tranny I personally don't think there's a magic routine to turn you trap. The routines will help to feminize what you already have a bit but if you aren't in really rough shape right now they probably won't make a huge difference. My routine is epilating, normal bathing, moisturizing, mild exercise and healthy eating. When I was young like ages 10-19 I was extremely active in track and field and similar exercises and I think it really set the groundwork for my trap appearance but I was always feminine and small framed and the same goes for my face. I was regularly made fun of for it, in fact

What I'm saying is you should follow a good lifestyle for your own benefit and reap the rewards as a bonus but don't get into this exclusively to look trappy because it's not going to be a magic "now I'm a trap" just by using a few products and exercising. Best of luck

In addition to everything this anon said you should definitely build muscle in your lower body. Consult the diagram. Gluteus medius to make your hips wider. Gluteus minimus and maximus to make your butt bigger. Additionally you can also work your quads to make your thighs thicker and any muscle in the area around your hips is good too.

Losing muscle in your upper body can help contribute to an hourglass figure.

To find your ideal body fat percentage you're just gonna have to gain or lose weight until you're happy with your body. Just don't get too skinny or you'll get boney and lose your softness.

A high estrogen diet will make your skin smoother but that's totally optional.
