As for when I took the pictures, all these pictures range from like, less than a week ago to a month ago, so these are all me now haha. I've been the same for a whileee, I just meant that some of my pictures from years ago I might have been within that weight range haha.
As for skin care, I lotion/moisturize at least 4-5 times a day, all over (just coconut oil baby lotion, Johnson's or Jergens I think) I also use Almond body and vegetable oil scrubs omg they FEEL AMAZING ON YOUR BODY I can't recommend them enough! As for my workout routine and waist (lmao 1700s noblewoman) and all, I've actually always had a bit of a booty and a very small waist. I really love fitness, always-taking-the-stairs type of person and all. I do upper body in the gym 3 days a week, but that's just for toning. I guess most of the "trap body" is legs and all, so I'll post the details for that but if you want the details for my other muscle groups, I'll post em for sure! I personally think abs should be done too, but still haha.
Side Note: I start every single workout every day with 10 minutes of biking (put the seat on the highest possible, to where your foot almost comes off the pedal when it goes to the bottom. Helps stretch ya legs out!
Legs/Butt:
In general, for everything, light weight more reps. You don't wanna get manly man muscles!
Also, contrary to popular belief, NEVER EVER SQUAT. It makes your legs toooooo muscular and removes the crease you get where your butt meets your thighs (you can kinda see what I mean in this picture).

Walking Lunges (weights in each hand and lunge forward suppperrrrr far like you're throwing a pitch), Hip Abductor machine (but you have to face the backrest and lift your butt way up off the seat), Lying Leg Curls (don't go all the way back down), Leg Press normally then superset with Leg Press for calves, Seated Calf Raise, Leg Extensions, Seated Leg Curl, and Barbell Glute Bridge. My favorite is to hit the batting cages, nothing hits mah booty and legs more than that haha.

For Abs, 2 12 rep sets of Weighted Side Bends [on the bench you'd use for Hyperextensions] with a 25 lb plate, 2 12 rep sets of Vertical Leg-Raises (keep your legs straight! It's the thing with the handlebars and the backbench haha), and 3 sets of 1 minute Planks.
