Aside from cancelling a handful of the shittiest bottom of the barrel tripe they produced he's done nothing of value despite all the praise people keep trying to give him. Shitty books are still being pushed, they've tried to do the 'We're going back to what you love!' like five times but always walk back and do the same 'But all these new guys are here to stay whether you like it or not misogynerds!' in the same breath.

If you're a /co/fag worth your salt, then Marvel should already be dead to you for reasons other than "muh sjws". Choosing brand loyalty over quality is retarded.

As for Marvel, the next pandering cycle has started whither you like it or not. They're phasing out the diversity books and bringing back the "classics" to appease the shops. At the same time, they're keeping the most successful diversity titles and shoving the rest into a team book to keep their audiences.

Really, you'd have to be some buzzword slinging casual not to see that the shift has started. We predicted this way back when SWC was squealing for a comicsgate.

It's even more retarded than that. When they first established Jane was dying while Thor was still himself he offered her Asgard's aid. She declined saying those things always come with a price meanwhile Bill got a kick ass hammer and the ability to dehorse himself just for being a cool guy and that she'd rather do it the human way.

Mind numbing stupidity aside, there's a logic to it.

Fast forward to Whor where she takes the place of a literal deity. Not only is she still not interested in Asgardian aid but the transformation literally burns the chemo out of her system. She knows this because she's still receiving it, just so she can be as sick as humanly possible without letting the chemo do its job. This makes her extra heroic in the eyes of Marvel writers. To everyone else it kills all sympathy because she's just killing herself on purpose at this point.

Have you noticed that Jason Aaron has been writing these comics for ages now? He has been longer than Walt Simonson was before. People used to joke that the world could get destroyed and there would be an AI of Dan Slott that would keep writing comics for eternity. But now Slott is out and Aaron is still in.
