Been a while since we had this, going to post this again.

Steps

1. Download Pencil 2D ( https://pencil2d.github.io/download/ )

1a. Optional: Set up your shortcuts so that you can animate easier and faster. (I have F9 -Next Frame, F7- Prev Frame, and F8-New Frame to make animation creation easier)

2. Do animation.

3. Export it by going to File->Export->Movie->Browse->Pick .MP4 (webm) or .GIF

4. Post here.

It's great, I started with it when I switched to loonix and needed a lightweight animation software. I prefer Krita nowadays though, it's got more features. Have a bump, I'll make something later.
