Yeah.. but Hellboy without Mignola's art just ain't Hellboy. This whole comic is kind of an eyesore because of how weak the art is, but also how bad they try to mimic Mignola's heavy shadows with photoshop filters.

the worst thing about it is the inconsistency. Hard ink shadows plus super weakly defined color shadows. Traced side characters, couple goofily drawn main characters that don't get traced, one that gets traced always, faces change shape panel to panel etc.

They took a series that was noted for great stylistic choices and they fucked it in that exact area.
