So I just finished an archive binge of the two Peter David X-Factor series I missed- the "mutant noir" one with Jaimie Madrox as a PI, and the corporate-sponsored one with Gambit and Quicksilver and Polaris.
Damn, why didn't people buy the last one? With the turds being squeezed out by Marvel these days, it's like the readers' palates have become so debauched they can no longer tell the difference between shit and caviar.
My God, Danger is a dirty robot girl. Doug AND Warlock? And she also propositioned Polaris, and Scarlet Witch when she showed up.
At least Wanda didn't spit-take like Lorna did.
So were the storylines tied up anywhere else? I got a shock (see what I did there?) when Miguel O'Hara showed up. But the series was killed right there, just as the plot was thickening.
Oh well, at least Warlock got laid. YOU GO, 'LOCK!
