Issue 3
I think the only gripe I have with his costume is the fingerless gloves. I'd add finger tips with small claws on the ends or even just red finger tips. Something to cover them. If he did more detective work, imagine how much evidence he'd leave behind touching everything. Course could be hard to prove a man who's been missing for 50 years is somehow the culprit in a crime.

I do not believe so. But being a part of the Project Superpowers comic universe could mean he at least appears every so often. But I can't say for sure. I did find out that the character is actually public domain and has existed since the 40s.

A little here and there. Mostly small indy stuff. I think Alan Moore used some characters like black terror in his tom strong stuff. Really the only stuff of note would be dynamite's project super powers books, which until recently had been abandoned. Chapter 3 is several issues in but its by a different creative team. Not sure how it compares as I haven't gotten around to reading it yet.
