It might have actually been the weakest season 2 of any of the shows. All it does is retcon her past to allow for more trauma to explore. It also kills off Nuke in the first episode, who was the only good thing left in the show, and it was also an origin story for Hellcat that was a hilariously tone-deaf story about Trish becoming a huge drug addict for super powers and ends with her almost killing herself for her "drug" of choice but it's all good in the end because she got super powers.
