Why is it that the series that saved Transformers has fallen into complete and utter irrelevancy? What went from its own entire timeline has become nothing but subfactions whiten the original Autobots and Decepticons. Beast Wars did what many franchises fail to do it branched out from the original plot line into a new one taking place in the future and it was damn successful.

I stopped watching after Armada, thats when i kinda grew outta standard transforming robots. Beat wars, beast machines and armada are all I really watched while growing up. I saw some of the shit they show now and its all over the place.

A combo of the CG aging terribly (making reruns less likely) and the wave of Bay movies stinking up the place.

I didn't like the CG at the time. It was impossible to tell what the hell was going on because the color scheme was crap and nobody had a distinct outline so everything blended into the background. It's still the case on a modern display.
