>use the "Negative Zone gave them powers" from the abysmal previous film
>Reed's big experiment would be accessing the Negative Zone, and gain their powers when there's an accident in their return
>villains would be Janus the Nega-Man and Annihilus
>Annihilus would discover the Fantastic Four's incursion and feverishly work to enter their world to eliminate what he sees as a threat to his existence
>Janus would find out about Reed's discovery of the Negative Zone, and would want to use it as a limitless power source
>Constructing a personal device to harness the residual Negative Zone power, Janus battles the Fantastic Four to get access to Reed's Negative Zone teleported
>The extended exposure warps Janus's psyche, gradually changing him into the megalomaniacial Nega-Man
>Defeating the Fantastic Four, he finally enters the Negative Zone, only to be over-powered by Annihilus and forced to lead him back to the Marvel Universe
>Annihilus escapes, and the Fantastic Four must unite to stop him
Design-wise, I'd like to see it balls out Kirby. The Fantastic Four's suits would look in-line with current Marvel movie style, but all the devices Reed uses would look full-on Kirby Tech. The Negative Zone would look like an insane collage as Jack Kirby intended.
Post-credit scene would have Nick Fury in the Baxter Building inviting Reed, Sue, Ben, and Johnny to join the new Avengers. They say no.Post-post credit scene would be the Fantastic Four's latest exploits playing on a Kirby Tech surrounded monitor. The monitor is the only light in the room, and as an interview with Reed starts playing, the camera pulls back to reveal that the location is some Jack Kirby/Frankenstein's Castle mish-mash.A gauntlet-covered hand is shaking in rage, gripping his arm-rest so hard it starts to break"RIICHAARRDSS"
