No show on CW has a rating above 1.0 in the 18 to 49 year old demographic; the highest rated one is the Flash that's had a 25% loss of viewership from last year, down to 2.2 million viewers at a 0.8 share. There's a huge gap of several hundred people between that sinking ship and their #2 show. All their big shows outside of Flash struggle to keep above an 0.5. Titans will be in that situation, as well.
For perspective, American Housewife on ABC, a show noone voluntarily watches, has twice the views that Flash does. Which only hammers home how irrelevant DC's shit on TV actually is.

The Justice League show is weird. Because it got me to read some comics. And it became obvious they didn't get some characters, like John. They were rightly blasted about his constructs (they were making fun of the criticism when they all got turned into kids). They put him into a romance with Hawkgirl, because why not? And without Hal, he pretty much played the straight man to Bats and Supes. And John's best quality is in a Justice League that doesn't have Batman (or a Dick Grayson/Terry McGinnis not-Bruce Batman). And you kind of get the Young Justice JL, where both Hal, and John appear, and Guy is name dropped, from what I recall. And all but Kylefags are happy.
