The second one, since if you're going to be calling Deadpool a rip off, at least reference the character he is ripping off on (Deathstroke).

The 1st one is correct in the sense that the association between the two more closely correlated (The Question is closer to being Mr. A than Freakazoid being closer to Deathstroke), even if it does have the causality backwards.
