So, I did a double check…apparently the Predacon's ruling body during the Beast era is called the Predacon alliance, made up of many factions like the original Preds, the Tripedacus Council (who may or may not be actually be connected to the Decepticons, possibly Spawn of Unicron or Cybertronian Empire) and a couple of other factions

Of course, this info is from the Japan exclusive guidebook…and may or may not be canon.

This is from what I remembered…remember, Transformers has a lot of different continuity but usually it goes Generation 1(That's the Third Great War era), sometimes Generation 2 (Cybertronian Empire and Neon era) and then Beast Era (Beast Wars…and a lot of flipping over backwards for Beast Machines). But some continuities have different timelines. Like the Wings Universe replaced G2 with a weird version of Machine Wars (and shoving in Obsidian and Strika during what's essentially post Season 4 of the G1 cartoon) AND a weird amalgamation of Transformers Universe, Wreckers and Omega Point in that one Timelines comic with the space pirates.
