It depends on how the church is disciplining its members.
For example, if a church notes that a portion of its congregation believe something completely at odd with God's truth, and actually talks to them about it, but the errant members continue to call themselves members, then the church is fine.
However, if the church doesn't go out of its way to correct said members and the fullest extent of correction would be excommunicating them then it's time to start looking elsewhere.
Episcopalianism (and by extension, Anglicanism) is a hodge-podge of contradictory beliefs only held together by the flimsy idea of an "English Church".
You have at least three clear factions in it waiting to split at any time.
Any current Anglican/Episcopalian should examine the Scriptures in detail and leave it for the husk it is.
