Alright /biz/,

I'm new to all this stuff but I'm doing my researches, I spent time trying to figure out how all this works but there is still something I struggle with. Even after passing the huge mass of scam bait videos and articles I can't find a way to discover shares of low-tier company.

How do you guys find out stock symbols for new company ? I read some articles but most papers out there only speak about the huge buisness with shares above 30 dollars. Do I have to scan one by one every acronyms hoping to find the good one with accessible prices and in the right field ?

tl;dr: How to find an accessible company when you have no clue how to find a market symbol ?

Yahoo and Google have stock screeners with lots of filter options. If you want to find small companies, market capitalization would be the one to use. The price of a single share doesn't actually say anything about the size of a company. There's plenty of big companies with share prices under 30 dollars.
