Ah I see what you mean now. Yeah that sucks. Crossplay can be tricky to implement. Capcom would need their own master server to link up with Sony's and Microsoft's servers, then PC players would need to connect too. Then it becomes a nightmare to manage content releases since consoles need to go through an approval process which delays everything and trying to sync content releases across 3 different platforms is tough. I doubt Capcom cares enough to go through that.
I don't think that kind of cancer is due to the platform people choose, rather it's cultural difference. When it comes to customer/business interactions so many people here think they're entitled to whatever they want because retail stores cater to their every whim so customers are generally rude and abusive to staff.

I had one of the more fucked up dreams I've had in a while;
While details of the first part of the dream are a little hazy, it culminated in an epic.
I was a homeless woman, an outsider and vagrant in this world which wasn't quite modern-day.
I had discovered a faction of people who had a strong cause to attempt to save the world from some kind of ceremony to revive an Elder God, so upon joining them we set out to reach an ancient temple.
Once inside it became like a video game, and we discovered an opposing faction and learned that they were going to revive the God to end the world; I had to kill people and take their weapons and stuff,
switching them when running out of ammo. (shotguns, rifles, handguns.) Though most of our faction was wiped out, casualties seemed to be mostly even on both sides and I tried to catch up with the other rivals who were still alive.
They managed to trap me on a small island in the middle of these ancient ruins by letting loose an ethereal shark into the water, and went down into the catacombs to retrieve the Elder God baby.
The man and woman smirked at me and said 'good luck', because the only option I had was to jump to shore and enter a second catacomb maze which had no guarantee that it would lead to the same destination.

The baby explains that is has another voice in its mind that has a will to unconditionally destroy, but has listened to my rationale and understands that destroying all people will also destroy all those who are compassionate
and forgiving. Its powers are telepathic and it can read my mind as well as others' and it can also implant perceptions in other people, as this Elder God is a master manipulator.

I realize that the God-child despite his appearance to me, is able to manipulate others and disguise himself fairly well, and probably only appears to have a mild disfigurement as the old ladies seemed to pity us.
I'm not sure what the God-child intends now, as he's extremely powerful and intelligent, and have to speculate that he is simply observing humanity.
He has expressed that his inner voice wants nothing but to annihilate, but he seems genuinely compassionate and in control of himself,
so I am always glad that we are still living day to day, rather than all being dead. I continue to teach him whatever I know.

Oh right. The PS3 had so many problems with the hardware it was easy for MS to smear them early on, then the first gen 360 started having it's own problems.
