I'm simply going off of the Department of Labors guidelines for overtime. Anything over 40 hours a week is time and a half. If you work seven days in a row, it's time and a half for the first eight then double time for anything over that. Double time is anything over 12 a day. Overtime on the seventh straight work day is time and a half. That's at least how the law dictates it.
They could go above that but I've legitimately never seen a company that isn't locally owned or centered do so.
