At present? Absolutely not. Kikes and their laws have made companies all-powerful, and normalfags by their cattle-nature will support anything they do. Under these conditions, A company will always be shit, because there are no checks and balances to stop corrupt behavior (and the few laws there are to stop this never get enforced because Jew will never arrest Jew).
This is all without factoring in subversive factors such as ((localizers))) who don't know shit about the language they're paid to translate, are offended by nip humor and fanservice, are failed writers parasitically altering the text so they can live vicariously through someone else's published work, have poor impulse control and can't stop themselves from trying to be """"""funny""""""", or just outright hate fans of anime and deliberately sabotage things to spite them. Who cares after all; the normalcattle will make up the losses anyway!
I do believe it's possible for a straight arrow faithful translation to be good. But the thing is, there's established cliques in this industry that not only won't do this (I recall reading somewhere they actually get paid on how much they change shit), but choke out any possible competition that might do so.
