Unlike comics, some of these things being adapter already exist in an easy to digest, readily available medium. This is an obvious move of desperation. None of these American anime adaptions have been successes, yet they insist on continuing to make new ones. Back in the early 2000s when The Ring remake was huge, every studio was buying up different J-Horror movies to make, but none of them did as well and hollywood quickly moved on. The fact that none of these anime adaptions were successful enough to warrant a trend, yet they continue to acquire the rights and pump them out, shows that this is not about money. With kikes at the helm, it's infinite money and funding. In other reality, the idea could be neat. The series borrows from Western elements, the character designs aren't too wacky to reproduce in real life, and it's gonna be several episodes long, not a single movie.
Even if it's the same studios and people, at least before it seemed like there was an effort and tried to keep elements from the source material. Mortal Kombat and Silent Hill, while not 1:1 adaptations, made decent transitions into the big screen, but they did good decisions like having the musician from SH games, or giving a more classic kung fu movie vibe to MK, with the cool angles and cinematography. Even the character of Kano was transformed to a roudy Australian because they liked how the actor portrayed him. Cowboy Bebop shouldn't be hard to adapt, if they could only restrain from the fucking subversion , politics and social issues. It'd be easier to infiltrate a medium by doing an actually competent job that makes even the most die-hard fans think "wait, this is pretty good as well/somewhat better in some regards", rather than the kike approach of "get bad publicity and force our way to get something". But being competent or better takes an effort, so they take the easy route to offend people and point and laugh at the offended.
