I only have a working title for it right now, "The Adventures of Henry Flytrap", which was the name I give it a long time ago when I was little kid. And no, it isn't in Japanese, yet anyways, though the constructed language I use for world-building is heavily inspired by Japanese.
The plot and basic backstory goes like this: In the near future, the world is united under literally Hitler 2.0, who creates the First Terran Empire. The Terran Empire lasts for a thousand years, but falls apart after rebellions from the democratic Confederation of Human Planets, and the Materash (or Amaterasu) Empire, the Japanese empire in space. Both the Confederation and the Materash Empire fall shortly after, and humanity divides itself up into small system-wide and planetary governments. During this period of chaos, these worlds engage in constant competition and conflict, and quickly expand out of our Local Cluster and into the galaxy as a whole. We also see the rise of numerous subspecies of man, like androids, genetically-modified monster girls, humans specially adapted to living in space, ultra-autists who are glorious technical specialists, and so on.
The Second Empire is soon formed, and mankind is unified once more. The Second Empire discovers the Yuiopertians, an extremely powerful race of aliens that look like reptilian Venus Flytraps and use biotech for literally everything. We initially get along fine and dandy, but then the Yuiopertians attack, and very easily defeat, the Second Empire. The Empire is dissolved, massive swarms of refugees flee into the outer arms of the galaxy, becoming the Forintaalishi (Foreignspeakers), Viking-like raiders, farmers and mercenaries, and the Yuiopertians smugly return home.
The chaos that follows the Second Empire's fall is a lot more devastating and longer-lived. Four millennia of warfare drags humanity to a pretty low point in our history.
However, the Materashid Dynasty of the frontier world 'Erakliin (Heracles), which is basically space Australia, rises to power in the year 9,857 A.D. Supposedly the descendants of the hapa bastard of Mariuzh II, an 'Erakliin king and war hero against the Yuiopertians, and a minor Materash robe-noble, the Materashid Dynasty, beginning with Primairios (First), and continuing with his descendants Seikaindis (Second), Tertairias (Third), and Quatrainius (Fourth), conquer a good chunk of human worlds, with their aid of their superior military power and the Shieldmaidens, the Materash dynasty's personal harem of genetically altered warrior-wives who have absolute loyalty to their husband. Quintairos, the son of Quatrainius, wants to reunite all men under a Third Terran Empire, and he will fight constantly for this immense ambition.
In addition to Quintairos, you also have the Haigurittashi, the Lowknights, composed of former nobles, exiles, mercenaries, Forintaalishi warriors, and even a lone Yuiopertian, Henner (Henry), the current namesake of the series; Jilla Kiminki, a super-powerful magical loli who finds herself with the Haigurittashi; and even gods and goddesses like the First Emperor, the ascended spirit of literal Hitler 2.0, who now actively guides humanity like a mix of WH40's Emperor and Gandalf, Tamamo-no-Mae, the reformed kitsune who once married the First Emperor's son, and fucking entropy demons created from the dreams of God himself.
