I don't think we need to go that far with the duplicate policing, though indeed most incest stories are about brosis for obvious reasons.

Ookumo-chan Flashback is a rare mother-son manga about a boy who can see his dead father's memories of his young mother and falls in love with her because of it. I doubt it will ever go beyond ecchi teasing but it's cute and his mom has an excellent butt.

I saw all three parts of the Grisaia anime with Labyrinth and Eden being the ones with big references to incestuous acts between brother and sister but it did not involve actual sex.

The show Kaze no Stigma featured a second cousin relationship forming but that may not count.

Also, I read the entire Elfen Lied manga and saw series entirely not too long ago and that involved a first cousin relationship.

Oh and I just remembered, I am currently going through the light novel and manga versions of Irregular at Magic High School and I saw the series. There is supposedly a new season coming around spring of 2019.

I plan to watch the movie that got released soon.
