Ive watched 400 anime as of right now and i really wanna watch more because my life is trash but i cant watch more than like 7 eps a week.
Ive been craving some of my binge potential back but i cant seem to find my love.

So either you're just burned out with anime like >>36965 says and you should take a break from it or you're just not watching the type of anime that appeals to you.
Do you mainly watch older stuff or seasonal shows? If it's the latter I highly suggest you start into looking forgotten/obscure stuff from the late 80s and 90s which I have been doing lately because most people tend to not really enjoy seasonal anime and just watch for the sake of needing something to watch. Don't force yourself to watch something you don't really enjoy just because you need something to kill the time with. There's some great gems out there that you just never hear people talk about online, go do some "research" and you'll find the ones that appeal to you.
If you need any recommendations, just mention a genre or something you're generally interested in and I might find a title you haven't seen yet.

Likely, at some point. Otakus aren't exactly a huge market, and only have so much income. The problem is most anime is trying to make money by being a copy of an anime that made money by being a copy of an original idea. Eventually there's going to be too many fucking idol shows at once, and the idol otaku are going to split their collective income too far for anyone to make a profit.

That's the case for the current decade for sure. Every other decade had like 20-30 genuinely good anime coming out every year.
But even when I look at the early years of the 2010s I see lots of good shows. The current state of anime is just too bloated; too many small studios that should not exist shitting out as much low-budget LN/mobile game adaptions as possible and hoping that one of these days they'll make something that becomes a sucess only for the rest of the industry to keep milking that gimmick dry for the coming years.

The Japanese don't really have any concept of freedom to do whatever the fuck you want like we do. "Intellectual property rights" are taken very seriously there and respected by a vast majority of them, from what I understand. Even doujin artists can be very strict with their work, providing rules like "don't use my work for making porn" or "don't translate my doujins" and shit, and most people will actually follow those rules. Doujin artists likewise tend to respect the IP owners of the original works by not mass producing their doujins for profits. So I don't imagine there is as much mass piracy as there is outside Japan. Then again, 2ch has had threads with file hashes for downloading with Share. I'm sure there are the poorfag types in Japan that do it for that reason. I don't really know of much shows that are good enough that just watching 1 or 2 episodes a day is statisfying enough for me. I used to have this phase around 2 years ago where I was forcing myself to finish stuff and I often thought this as well. That was back when I had a MAL list and at that point I was more so watching anime for the sake of having another item on my list and an extra hour added to my total watchtime than for the actual fun. Eventually I realised the absurdity of it though and I deleted my acount there. After that I could enjoy anime like I used to again.
I feel like their site is specifically designed to make you addicted to seeing your numbers go up, just like how MMO players get really deep into a game because they want to reach the highest level possible.
