not really
There's not a point where you can put it down and say "that's a good point to end the story on" so instead you get 1-4 chapters per year and at this rate the author will die before it gets anywhere near a conclusion. On the other hand, the imagination that went into berserk is grand, the art is great (until recent chapters), and the story is dark and edgy if that's what you're into (again, until recent chapters).
Guts still needs to have a nice long chat with casca, then kill femto, which also likely means fighting griffith's army (what does that mean for the world? griffith's army is the last hope for humanity), kill the rest of the godhand (if he wants to, as long as he kills femto I think he'd be satisfied) and erase his and casca's brands with all of the substories that go along with each of those plot points.
