If you're talking about the sfx, if you have time to waste you can learn kanas with Remember the kana by Heisig or something else, it takes a couple hours for a couple days then you' ll know the hundred of them (it's easy because it's like the alphabet). You won't know Japanese but still enough to translate them after going to http://thejadednetwork.com/sfx/
It's far from complete but most of the time you'll find what you want, like first sfx from page 5 >>18010 is suya which means sleeping (but it was obvious from looking at the pic)
If you're talking about real text, then it depends. I haven't read it in Japanese nor checked everything so I may be wrong but it looks like most of the time, the text is in fact already translated, it seems to be the first word of what you put in the bubble next to it: like >>18011 page 012
on the right, second box, it's まったく mattaku, which means for god's sake, third box is え which is e so eh
on the left, second box you have アリス which means alice
etc
But yeah, sometimes there is nothing, like first box on the right ああ is aah and also もう mou which is kinda like mattaku or >>18235 page 018 first box on the right you have そういえば souieba = which reminds me (I use jisho.org as dictionnary)
So in the end, you aren't missing as much text as you think.
